Vinoli gradually started learning and experimenting with various techniques and discovered that she is most at ease when making personalized cakes for clients who give her the liberty in designing the cakes.

Vinoli enjoys making cakes in a variety of flavors and designs and the compliments and positive feedback from the customers make her feel confident. This has been the root of her brand name, “Happy Baking” as baking gives her happiness, and baking with happiness makes her comfortable.

Vinoli is specialized in fondant cakes as well as buttercream cakes and she takes all her efforts to create cakes that look more elegant and delicious. Vinoli is grateful to her mother-in-law, who has been a tremendous inspiration and a role model in her life, her siblings and in-laws for always being so courageous, her son and daughter for giving her the strength to stand higher whenever she feels down, and friends who are always the second family to her.

She truly is grateful to Almighty God for everything that she accomplished in life, and she feels incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by the people she cherishes the most and to be loved by them.
